My approach
I work from a trauma-informed perspective, which means that I pay close attention to the way past experiences – whether seemingly “big” or “small” – shape our present thoughts, emotions, and responses. I’m a natural listener, and my approach is calm, genuine, collaborative, and curious.
I believe that every client is unique, and as a result, my work draws from a variety of orientations. These range from somatic interventions and expressive arts techniques to attachment work, parts work, and emotion focused therapy.
